If you were sentenced to state prison, or any Arizona Department of Corrections facility, you are also entitled to have your civil rights restored and judgment of guilt vacated upon completion of your sentence, However, restoration of the civil rights of an offender who was sentenced to state prison requires an Absolute Discharge from the Arizona Department of Corrections.

A person who has been convicted of two or more felonies and whose period of probation has been completed may have any civil rights which were lost or suspended by his felony conviction restored by the judge who discharges him at the end of the term of probation.

ARE THERE ANY COURT FILING OR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES?

Arizona currently doesn't charge a Court filing fee. Therefore, CHC doesn't assess one. So your total cost on any Arizona case won't exceed $199 dollars.
