Restoring Gun Rights

CAN I GET MY GUN RIGHTS RESTORED IN ARIZONA AFTER COMPLETING MY SENTENCE IMPOSED BY THE COURT?

Eligibility Checklist

If the person was convicted of a dangerous offense under section 13-604, the person may not file for the restoration of his right to possess or carry a gun or firearm for ten years from the date of his discharge from probation. If the person was convicted of any other felony offense, the person may not file for the restoration of his right to possess or carry a gun or firearm for two years from the date of his discharge from probation.

ARE THERE ANY COURT FILING OR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES?

Arizona currently doesn't charge a Court filing fee. Therefore, CHC doesn't assess one. So your total cost on any Arizona case won't exceed $199 dollars.
