ARE THERE ANY COURT FILING OR ADMINISTRATIVE FEES?

Currently, most Courts in Utah charge a Court filing fee in addition to fees for certified copies. For the most part, fees are around $135 dollars. Therefore, your total cost won’t exceed $334 dollars. The filing fee for expungements can be found at: http://www.utcourts.gov/resources/fees.htm
We provide the following services:

  • Obtain all documents associated with the case
  • Obtain a Certificate of Eligibility
  • Pay the filing fees when the Petition for Expungement is filed
